Do I need to fill out forms before my first visit?
Completing the new patient registration ahead of time lets us spend more of your visit on you. Download the forms, fill them out and bring them with you, or call and we will help.
What should I bring to my first dental appointment?
Bring your completed forms, a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of medications and allergies, and any recent X-rays from a previous dentist.
How long is a new patient appointment?
Plan for about an hour. That covers your imaging, a thorough exam and time to talk through your goals and options with the dentist.
I have dental anxiety. Can you help?
Absolutely. Let us know when you book. We offer a calm, unhurried approach and sedation options, including oral and IV sedation, for patients who need extra comfort.
Do you take patients without insurance?
Absolutely. We welcome uninsured patients with cash, all major credit cards, third-party financing and Quest Care, our in-house membership plan.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through CareCredit, Sunbit and LendingClub so you can split treatment into monthly payments, often with low or no interest based on approval.
Can you see me for a dental emergency?
We offer same-day emergency visits whenever possible. Call us as early as you can, and new patients without insurance can get a $49 emergency exam and x-ray.
Can I see what my new smile might look like?
Yes. Our free Smile Preview lets you upload a selfie and see an AI-generated preview of your smile in seconds. Bring it to your consultation and we will walk through your real options.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Call us to book, or request a visit online anytime.
What is the Quest Care membership?
Quest Care is our in-house membership plan for patients without insurance. It is a simple alternative to insurance that covers your routine preventive care.
